Who is responsible
Gatherflare is a personal project by Lovro Peitl ("I"), who is responsible for your data (the "controller" under the GDPR). Contact: lovro.peitl@gmail.com.
What I collect and why

When you submit the form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks your browser, including your IP address, to block bots. I don't see or store this.
Legal basis
Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by clicking the confirmation link in your email. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing me; this doesn't affect anything before. Bot protection relies on my legitimate interest in a spam-free form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who else handles it
Resend, Inc. (signup list and emails) and Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and bot protection) process it on my behalf. Both are US companies; transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses. I never sell or share your data.
How long I keep it
Until you unsubscribe, ask me to delete it, or early access ends. Unconfirmed signups are never saved.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction, deletion or a portable copy of your data, ask me to restrict its use, and object to the bot check. Just email me. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the one in your country.
